Better Bank Experience
Byblos Bank Europe, an international bank specializing in banking services for businesses, entrepreneurs, and wealth management, approached us to redefine their brand positioning and promote their expertise in the European market. They wanted to differentiate themselves from the competition and highlight the advantages of their banking experience, decidedly human and specialist in international markets, specifically targeting businesses and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, they desired a new website that would accurately reflect these aspirations and strengths.

What we did
We tackled this challenge by conducting an in-depth brand audit and organizing a workshop with the Byblos Bank Europe team. We identified their unique strengths, distinctive brand value proposition, and key selling points to attract their future audiences and clientele. The goal was for this to be reflected on their new site. It was a matter of fully integrating the brand's declination: BBE - Better Banking Experience, as presented in the European market.
Expanding Horizons
But that's not all! Our partnership with BBE doesn't end there. We are developing several extensions for the current website. The site needs to grow, become more specific, and give rise to many other upcoming products and services, as well as new features. The CMS planned for this purpose provides the possibility of full evolution, allowing BBE teams complete control of their site management.
The results
Thanks to our collaboration with BBE, we have implemented a convincing communication website that caters to different audiences, and an optimized website designed to deliver a smooth and persuasive user experience. Our approach established the right connection with the right target audiences, building the necessary trust to attract new clients directly to the right services, and positioning the bank's specialties as well as its knowledge of international markets. The newly designed website, featuring intuitive navigation and visually appealing presentation, is an evolving first version ready to adapt to future needs. It incorporates a custom CMS (Content Management System) and a tailored backend administration panel.
